Refund Policy

Subscription cancellation, refunds, EU consumer withdrawal information, and support paths.

Subscriptions

Paid CutAgent plans renew automatically until canceled. You can cancel future renewals through the Stripe Customer Portal or by contacting support if the portal is unavailable.

Cancellation stops future renewal charges. It does not automatically refund the current billing period or hosted usage that has already been consumed.

Refund review

Payments are non-refundable except where required by law or approved by CutAgent at its discretion. We review duplicate charges, billing errors, accidental renewals, and material service availability issues case by case.

If a refund is required by law or approved by CutAgent, already-consumed hosted usage may be deducted to the extent permitted by law.

Contact support@cutagent.ai with the account email, charge date, invoice or payment identifier, and a short description of the issue.

EU digital-service withdrawal

EU consumers may have a 14-day right of withdrawal for the initial purchase of a digital service. If you request or use hosted features during the withdrawal period, you may be responsible for the proportionate value of services already provided or consumed, where permitted by law.

Nothing in this policy limits mandatory consumer rights, statutory remedies for non-conforming digital services, or rights that cannot be limited under applicable law.

Hosted usage

Hosted AI, speech, transcription, verification, and related cloud requests can be consumed immediately. Already-consumed hosted usage is generally not refundable unless required by law or approved by CutAgent.
